Refund Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026This Refund Policy applies to all plans purchased from EXOHAZE LLC ("we", "us", "our") and is designed to match exactly what is shown on our pricing and checkout pages — no surprises.
1. One-Time Payment — No Recurring Billing
Each CrustPi plan is a one-time payment for a fixed subscription term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Your card is charged once, at checkout, for the exact price shown for your selected plan. Plans do not automatically renew, and you will not be charged again after this purchase. Access simply ends at the end of your purchased term.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email contact@exohaze.com within 14 days of your payment date and we will refund it in full, no reason required. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. After the 14-Day Window
After the 14-day window has passed, purchases are final and non-refundable, since each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed term rather than a recurring subscription. There is no future billing to cancel — your access simply continues until the end of your purchased term and then ends automatically.
4. One-Off Professional Services
For one-off project work (e.g., a custom website build) billed separately from a CrustPi plan, refund eligibility is agreed in writing before work begins and is generally limited to work not yet delivered.

Email contact@exohaze.com with your account email and order date. We'll confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
